For 38 years I have been buying, renovating, selling and renting real estate in three States: Florida, California and Hawaii. I have owned and sold nine properties in three states. Licensed in Hawaii spans the last 15 years.  My wife and I own a home in Kailua-Kona and a vacation rental condo in Waikiki.  

At the end of 2016, I sold my half of Hawaii Sunset Real Estate LLC to my business partner. We had Twenty-Four properties under management. 

Since 2017 I have been the Broker In Charge at Hawaii Coast Realty LLC. A boutique Real Estate Company located in Kona Hawaii. 

My passion is to represent Buyers, Sellers and Investors like myself. I always share the good, bad and ugly of each property that a prospective client may be interested in. My goal is to provide all the available information so that my clients can make and be secure with, their sale or purchase.

My wife Beth and I enjoy an active lifestyle: tennis, paddling outriggers, stand-up paddling, scuba, yoga, swimming, snow skiing and hiking. A favorite past-time is sitting on the beach under an umbrella, reading. We love to travel and have made multiple trips to China, Australia, Thailand, and France. We have also visited Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
